British Alpine Ski School ("BASS", "we", "us") operates the BASS Training App. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Email address and name, via Google or Apple Sign-In

• Training data you enter: task submissions, journal entries, shadowing logs, attendance records

• Photos you upload as task or journal evidence

How we use your data

• To operate the training programme and track your development

• To enable communication between trainees and coaches

• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising

Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (europe-west1 region).
