It helps them deal with adversity. It helps them focus and cope under pressure. It allows them to reproduce their best performance when it counts.
They also know that Mental strength doesn’t just happen, it is learnt, trained and developed.
We are introducing a more structured Mental Training to our Professional Programme that will include on, and off-snow sessions.
This mental training programme is designed to enhance your focus, resilience, confidence, and emotional control — key attributes that can make the difference between being able to ski the runs you want under the pressure of assessment, or cracking, and skiing below your best.
This programme will introduce you to the fundamentals of mental training and support you in using the tools to build your mental strength.
It will equip you to better handle the pressures of competition and assessment, stay calm and focused in high-stakes situations, and consistently perform at your peak.
Whether you’re working towards your first instructor qualification or aiming for your Level 4, this programme will support you in unlocking your full potential and achieving your goals with confidence and clarity.
